Culinary Consultant, Mary Beth Madill 


Chef Mary Beth Madill has an extensive culinary background. She began her professional career as a pastry chef at Bellevue Hotel in Philadelphia and then moved to the historic Wanamaker’s where she spent the next 5 years. She later became the Executive Chef for Aramark before branching out on her own 10 years ago to start a catering business. She operates out of the Philadelphia area suburbs where she lives with her husband and young daughter, who is already taking after her in the culinary arts.

Having had the opportunity to travel all over the word to experience food and promote food, Mary Beth is currently developing recipes for the St. Dalfour line of food.
