On January 8th, Mrs. G’s hosted the MIDJersey Chamber of Commerce Networking Breakfast where I prepared breakfast potatoes and muffin cup bacon & Eegg soufflés in the Jenn-Air Oven, along with hash browns and a variety of fruits with yogurt.
