Blue Cheese Raisins Bites

I made this recipe at my cooking demo this weekend at Mrs. G’s (come visit every Saturday from 2-4 pm). You can cook it in the Advantium, a convection oven or regular oven. Cooking instructions for the Advantium are included with the recipe details below.

Blue Cheese Raisins Bites Cooked in the Advantium

Ingredients
  1. 1 cup raisins
  2. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  3. 2 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled.
  4. 2 eggs, beaten
  5. 3 tablespoons milk
  6. ¼ cup almond meal (for a gluten free version)l dry bread crumbs
Instructions
  1. 1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. 2. Spread mixture in a lightly greased 8-inch square baking dish (if you are cooking in the Advantium, use glass or ceramic oven proof dish).
  3. 3. Cook according to your Advantium model cooking settings until set (see notes).
  4. Or in a convection oven at 375 for about 15 minutes, regular oven 400 for 20 minutes or until set and golden
  5. 4. Cool and cut into squares.
Notes
  1. Advantium Settings
  2. 120 Over the Range: U=Med Lo L=Lo; 18 minutes
  3. 120 Wall Oven: U=Med Lo L=Lo; 16 minutes
  4. 240 Wall Oven with Convection: U=1 M=5 L=10 C=7; 14 minutes
