It comes as no surprise that July 4th is the biggest grilling day of the year. The smell alone has Summer written all over it. But grilling doesn’t have to be reserved just for burgers, dogs and vegetables. I have a festive dessert that takes minimal preparation and only a few minutes on the grill for ooey, gooey, yummy results. Below are steps to make Grilled Stuffed Marshmallow Ice Cream Cones. Follow the visual step-by-step guide under the recipe to see the cones on the grill. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  1. • Mini Marshmallows
  2. • Bag of chocolate chips
  3. • 1 carton of strawberries, sliced
  4. • 1 carton of your favorite ice cream
  5. • Sugar Cones or Bowls
  6. • Foil
Instructions
  1. 1. Fill your cone or bowl with the 3 toppings
  2. 2. Wrap your cone with foil
  3. 3. Place on the grill for 8-10 minutes
  4. 4. Open your foil packet and add a scoop of ice cream on top
  5. 5. Enjoy or add even more sundae toppings to your creation!
Notes
  1. I liked using the waffle bowl for this recipe. It was easier to eat with putting a scoop of ice cream on top, rather than having to hold a hot cone with a scoop of ice cream on top. Also, with the waffle bowl, you could amp it up and make an Ice Cream Sundae!
