Paleo Bread Baked in the Jenn-Air Steam oven

  1. 1 ½ cups blanched almond flour
  2. Two tablespoons coconut flour
  3. ¼ cup golden flax meal
  4. ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  5. 1 ½ teaspoons baking soda
  6. Five large eggs
  7. ¼ cup coconut oil
  8. One tablespoon honey
  9. One tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  1. Place almond flour, coconut flour, flax, salt and baking soda in a food processor
  2. Pulse ingredients together
  3. Pulse in eggs, oil, honey and vinegar
  4. Transfer batter into a greased 7.5 x 3.5 magic line loaf pan
  5. Bake in the steam oven at the "bread" setting or in the oven at 350° for 30 minutes.
  6. To check that the bread is baked, insert a wooden skewer. It should come out clean.
  7. Cool and serve.
